All appointments require a deposit ranging from $100 to $300 depending on the complexity of the project, to secure your spot.
Deposits are non-refundable — no exceptions.
Deposits may be applied to a new appointment only if the reschedule follows the policy (see Reschedules below).
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Last-minute cancellations (less than 48 hours) or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Frequent last-minute cancellations may limit your ability to book future appointments.
Each client may request a maximum of 2 reschedules within 30 days.
Reschedules must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
Any reschedule beyond this limit, or within 48 hours, may require a new deposit and is subject to availability.
Appointments are scheduled based on my current availability.

Last-minute changes affect my ability to schedule other clients and impact my business.
